We are sad to announce that, on May 28, 2022, at the age of 67, Cedric Tidwell of Rockford, Illinois, born in Rosston, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bracy and Leola Tidwell (Gulley); his stepmother Eva Burch-Tidwell; and his siblings, John Dennis Tidwell, Rubye Joe and Liza Mae Tidwell-McNeely.

He is survived by: his wife Willie Mae; his stepchildren, Richard Johnson of Denver, CO and LaToya Johnson of Rockford; his brothers, James Marshall (Stella) of Rockford, Lonniel Tidwell (Kimberly) of Hot Springs, AR, Calvin Tidwell of Arkansas, Alvin Tidwell (Carolyn) of Arkansas and Gerald Tidwell; and his sisters-in-law, Katherine Brown (Roy), Easter Jones and Annette Tillman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives; and many friends.
