He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrosio Rosa and Petra Peña; and his siblings, Carmen Escribano and Arnaldo Rosa. He is survived by: his wife Vicenta; his children, Celestino Rosa Jr. (Sarah), Petra Tolefree (Schuyler), Miriam Reveles (Jose), Alberto Alegria (Noemi Sanchez), Jasmine Rosa (Ramiro Sanchez) and Alma Fredricksen (Branden); and his siblings, Juana Rosa, Ramona Alvarez and Jose Rosa. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
