It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene J. Graves of Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Hopkins and Sara Hopkins (Miller); her husband Richard W. "Dick" Graves; her children, Sheri DeBord (Lorne) of South Carolina and Peter Graves (Ida); her grandchildren, Adriana and Alaina; her sisters, Cheryl Walker and Donna Oehler (John); and her brother-in-law Terry Walker.
