With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlene Yates of Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on May 5, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Annette Small; her parents, Lucille Ross and Moore; and her brothers, Jerry, Terry, Howard, Keith Ross and Ricky Moore.

She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Ross and Chantel Ross; her siblings, Doris Manning, Debra Span, Wanda Ross and Darell Ross; and her daughter Tarquisha "Tiki" Anderson (Tyrone). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren;17 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends including her special niece.
