She was predeceased by: her parents, Ingvar Carlson and Sigrid Carlson (Hansson); and her brother Hasse. She is survived by: her husband Bryan Smith; her children, Kennet, Daniel, Chase and Briana; and her sister Anita. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
