He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Earl Furlong and Lorena Leglar Furlong; his siblings, Robert, Mary, Lawrence, Jim, Nick, Daryl, Gerald Furlong, Twila Roling, Elaine Barry, Carol Anna Averkamp, Lila Knautz, Helen Kilcoyne and Inez Piquett; and his daughter-in-law Lyn Furlong (Brent).
He is survived by : his wife Sandy Furlong; his children, Kimberli Palmer (John), Cori Rothgery (Mike) and Brent Furlong; his grandchildren, Mitchell, Griffin Palmer, Jake, Max and Morgan Rothgery; and his brothers, David Furlong (Diane) and Carl Furlong (Kathleen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
