He is survived by: his wife Dana L. Bethuy (Moore); his children, Danielle Baker (Mike), Danǽ Elvin (Starrett) and Daniel "Danny" Slye (Catherine); his sister-in-law Julia Archuleta-Diles; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Bethuy-Harmon (late Aaron), Cindi Beamenderfer, Melinda Stewart (Louis Velasquez), Julia Sardia (Nord), Joe Irvine, John Hurley and Jeff Williams; his great-niece Sami Beamenderfer; and his brother Stan Bent (Donna).
