It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Concepcion S. Martinez of Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on February 15, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Encarnacíon Martínez and Concepción Sánchez Martínez; and her brothers, Gilberto "Beto", Leobardo "Balo", Manuel and Albino Sánchez Martínez.
She is survived by: her niece Aida; her nephew Víctor (Julia); her great-niece Dorothy Ophelia; and her sister-in-law Marcela.
