It is with sadness that the passing of Dale Ray Garrison of Rockford, Illinois is shared. Dale, born on July 22, 1956, passed away on September 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Jim Garrison; his former wife Pamela Garrison; his sister Mary Paulson; and his grandson Bradley Fowler. He is survived by: his mother Mary Garrison (Brenzel); his children, James Garrison, Tammi Heinhorst (Heidi) and Robert Garrison II; his grandchildren, Paige Sands, Victoria Sands, Joseph "Ben" Fowler V, Beckett Garrison and Ellieana Garrison; his great grandchild Mack Fowler; and his brother Kevin Garrison (Stephanie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Garrison Family Home (1324 Camp Ave, Rockford, IL 61103).
Bud chose to donate his body to science, contributing to medical education and research after his death.
