He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Mesch (Prosise); his children, Kay, Lawrence (Denise), Anita, Daryl Jr. (Penny), Gerald (Michele) and William (Brittany); his stepson David (Amanda); his siblings, Michael (Linda) and Rosemary; his sister-in-law Helen Walton (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Cristopher (Melissa), Christina (Shane), Lawrence (Ashley), Scott, Tiffany (Davon Sr.), Sydney, Austin, Ashleigh (Devon), Taylor, Skylar, Brittany of Keith, A. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. (200 N Johnston Ave, Rockford, IL 61101). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
