He was predeceased by: his parents, David Gilpatrick and Lucille Coke Sr. (Ballard); and his daughter Johannah Coke. He is survived by: his wife Paula Middleton; his sons, Joshua Coke (Megan), Jeremy Coke (Sarah) and Jonathan Coke; his grandchildren, Caleb, Ben, Ryley (Olivia), Josiah (Annalene), Isaac, Anna, Birkey and Mae; his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Reid; his sister Linda Cain (Mike); his niece Marissa Cain; his close friend Duke Riseling; Dean Harvey.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Dave's memory may be made to Paula Coke.
