Elsbecker of Rockford, Illinois, born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Elsbecker and Helen Elsbecker; and his son Jacob Elsbecker. He is survived by: his wife Jill (Dvorak); his children, Chase Zajac-Elsbecker (Robyn) and Emily Kittoe (Jeffrey); the mother of his children Jill; his granddaughters, Briar and Alice; and his sisters, Sandra Rhodes, Lynn Anderson (John), Karen Elsbecker, Arlene Rose (DJ) and Terri Rose (Darin). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
