It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Lucille Watson of Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on June 5, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lowry and Fern Lowry (Williams); and her siblings, Dale, Glenda, Audrey, Carol, Georgana and Ronald.
She is survived by: her husband Lynn Watson of Rockford; her children, Stacey Cellitti (Paul) and Eshawnial "Shawn" Lowry (Beth) of Rockford; her stepchildren, Beth Ann Riggins (Aaron) and John Watson (Tracie); her grandchildren, Sam, Avery, Nolan Cellitti, Elijah Lowry, Zach and Adriel Garcia; her stepgrandchildren, Juliana, Brooklynn, Luke Watson, Piper and Poppy; her great grandchildren, Maliya, Anaya, Karter, Liam, Audrina and Zoey; her sisters, Judy Stephens, Kathleen Emerson and Harriet Voss; and her sister-in-law Peggy Lowry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
