He was predeceased by: his parents, Decater Young Agnew, Sr. and Rosie Bell Agnew; his siblings, Rosemary Agnew and Joseph Agnew; and his daughter Sheena Agnew.
He is survived by: his daughter Yvette Wren (Curtis); his sister Sylvia D. Davis; and his close friend Beth Ann Martin. He is also survived by several grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
