He is survived by: his wife Sandra Skaar; and his children, Delbert Skaar (Marie) of Rockford, IL, Dellita Devine (Jim) of Rockford, IL, Dianna Rogers of Rockford, IL, Daphne Snodgrass (Brett) of Byron, IL and Danette Connors (Steve) of Glen Ellyn, IL.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
