He was predeceased by: his brother Ken A. Olenik. He is survived by: his wife Muriel Olenik; his children, Keith Olenik of Chicago, IL and Cindi Johnson (Steve) of Palatine, IL; his grandson Brad Johnson (Belle); his great grandchild Jacob; and his grandson Tim Johnson (Libby).
