She is survived by: her husband Franky Jelks; her daughters, Reshonda Holliman, Laetia and Trinity Hayes; her grandchildren, Shodney, Rodney, Rahvale, Eriny, Eric Jr., Lynesha, Tyrone Jr., Tania, Za'Narion and Samuel; her brothers, Daryl and Brian Hayes; her goddaughter Junissa Laster; her mother-in-law Marguerite Pitman; her siblings-in-law, Terri Clark, Leanne Polk, Helena Jelks and Lewis Perkins; her nieces, Sheneitha Hayes and Theresa Rolando; her cousins, Valerie Martin, Jeff and John Hall; and her close friends, Donna Givens and Marquetta Alexander. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, nephews cousins other relatives and friends.
