He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Burd; his children, Jerald Amenda (Jennifer), JoEllen O'Neil (Dan) and Eugene Amenda (Ruth); his grandchildren, Kristine Gentry, Diana Slager, John Amenda, Kathryn Butera and Colin Amenda; and his caregivers, Stacey, Renee and Valery.
