She was predeceased by: her brother Rick Kolthoff. She is survived by: her parents, Bob Kolthoff and Carol Kolthoff; her sisters, Christine Apgar (Don) and Dana Myers (Chuck); her sister-in-law Jackie Wright; her nieces and nephews, Courtney English (Warren), Justine Myers, Kelsey Terpstra (Brice), Ross Apgar, Lydia Myers, Rece Apgar, Collin Myers and Ryen Apgar; and her close friends, Victoria and Shannon.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made directly to the family.
