She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Adams and Ruth Adams; her husband Jack P. Hoffman; her sister Patricia "Pat" Peters (Richard); and her parents-in-law, Owen and Florence Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Ellen, Jack Charles Hoffman (Vickie), Jill Patrice Doyle (Jim) and David Owen Hoffman (Jamie); her grandchildren, Abigail E., Elizabeth P., Jacob P. Hoffman, Courtney M., Jessica A., Lucas J. Doyle (Ashley), Edward C. Hoffman and Helen M. Hoffman; and her great grandchildren, Hazel, James, Owen Sackmaster, Eli, Rocky Oiler, Carlo and Enzo St. Angel. She is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews.
