He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Miller and David Ball; and his stepfather Ronald Miller. He is survived by: his son Jason Ball; his sisters, Debra Grzeskowiak (Martin) and Susan Miller (John); and his stepsisters, Kathy Fitzgerald (Patrick), Donna Haq (Syed), Julie Miller and Rosie Queen (Jeff). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
