We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2024, at the age of 82, Duane Stern of Rockford, Illinois, born in Sterling, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Duane Stern to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Stern and Loretta Stern (Rickleff); his sister Janice Brackemyer; and his wife Charlotte Stern. He is survived by: his son Todd Stern (Angela) of Rockford; his siblings, Marian Landheer of Morrison, Irene Nusbaum (Kenneth) of Sterling and Darold Stern of Florida; and his grandchildren, Brittney, Samantha, Kali and Hudson.

A memorial has been established for Christ the Rock Lutheran Church in Rockford, IL.
