He is survived by: his brother David Hicks (Mary) of Rockford, IL.; his children, Ricky Ricardo Romero Hicks (Roberta) of Rockford, IL., Vanessa Lewis of Rockford, IL. and Kenna Brassfield of Rockford, IL.; his godson Larry E. Warren of St. Louis, MO.; his nieces, Jeanette Hopson of Rockford, IL and Jovita Foote of Katy, TX.; and his close friends, Jerry Partee, Jessie Butler, John Zachery, Wardell Simmons and Rodney L. Carr. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Relatives.
