He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rudnicki and Stella Rudnicki (Podsiadly); his sister Rose Karczewski (Rudnicki); and his siblings-in-law, Steve Karczewski and Lawaine "Sis" Rudnicki.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Rudnicki (Lovisetto); his brothers, Gene Rudnicki (Joyce) and Ray Rudnicki (Chris); and his sons, Tom Rudnicki (Vira) of Rockford, Jim Rudnicki (Mary) of Elburn, IL, Steve Rudnicki (Anne) of Columbia, SC, Ed Jr. Rudnicki (Jean) of Bangor, ME and Mike Rudnicki of San Clemente, CA. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Poor Clares of Rockford and Heartland Hospice.
