He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Allen and LaVerna Harris (Harris); and his brothers, Richard Allyn and Stephen Allyn. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Denise; his daughter Catherine Moore; his grandson Deonte Johnson; and his sisters, Ila Billings (Don) and Lyndall Hammond (Don).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (620 N Alpine Rd, Rockford, IL 61107). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
