He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Jackson and Eulacole Jackson; and his siblings, Ruth Jackson, Catherine Turner, Ana Mae Fryer, Mary King, Molly Hawkin, Cora Lee Palmer, Louise Clayton, Lamon, William and Clarence Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Maggie Jackson; his children, Charles Jackson, Perry Jackson (Terri), Timothy Jackson (Quanisha), Cynthia Jackson, Sharon Johnson, Beverly Jackson, Carol Jackson and Charlotte Donaldson; and his siblings, Rose Johnson, Annette Warren and Eddie Jackson. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Central Christian Church (6595 Guilford Rd, Rockford, IL 61107).
