She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Haffele and Geneveve Haffele (Laird); her husband Leland E. Kiser; her stepdaughters, Maeleen Richardson and Sherry Dixon; her daughters-in-law, Kay Kiser and Clara Kiser; her siblings, Charles Haffele and Elvina G. Collis; her brother-in-law Charles E. Collis; and her great-niece Angela Garr.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Kiser of Murphysboro, IL and Gary Kiser of Pekin, IL; her nephew Chuck Collis (June) of Rockford, IL; her niece Norma Collis of Texas; and her close friend Geraldine McCauley of Cuba City, WI.. She is also survived by several other nephews, great-nephews, nieces, and great-nieces.
