He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Porter and Pearl Cramer (Guffey); his grandsons, Joel and Stephen Malone; and his pets, Cricket and Cody.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy E. Conti; his children, Kelly Malone of Loves Park, Brent Porter (Angela) of Jacksonville and Vince Porter (Tracy) of South Beloit; his grandchildren, Jason Malone, Amber Malone, Trent Porter, Zach Porter and Cady Porter; his pet Boots; and his caregivers, Bridget and Julie.
