He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Earl Smith Sr. and Dorothy Myrna Smith "Sis" Berogan; and his sister Kathy Bahlin. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Smith; his children, Levi Berogan and Kathryn Smith (Will); his siblings, Peggy Heavin (Daniel) and Robert Smith (Paula); and his grandchildren, Thomas and Davis.
