He was predeceased by: his father Ramon Lozano Mancha; his son William H. Mancha; and his brother Raymond Mancha. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer A. Jaskowiak; his children, Steven Mancha, Rita Mancha, Ernest G. Mancha, Dennis Pavloff, Cody Mancha and Jo Mancha; his mother Ophelia Montellano (late Jesus); his siblings, Evelyn Woolridge (Steven), Esperanza Rodriguez (late Martin), Richard Rivera (late Frieda), Raymond Rivera, Elizabeth Montellano (late Gary Smith), Susan Montellano (Kenny Jones) and Jess Montellano (Dolores); and his sister-in-law Norma Ewert. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; and many dear friends and beloved pets.
