She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Worden and Annie Worden (Stephenson); her former husband H. Kelly Douglas; her husband Louis Edward Agnew; and her son-in-law Mark Calacci.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Calacci (Rick), Sue Calacci, Michael "Mel" Douglas and Jeffrey Douglas; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Cota (Chris), Scott Calacci, Ryan Calacci (Rachel) and McKenzie Calacci. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; 2 brothers; 2 sisters; many nieces and nephews.
