As we bid Florence farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Florence is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nels E. Alf and Agnes Alf (Swenson); her husband Leonard A. Gallagher; her sister Marian Wagner; and her granddaughter Nicole Gallagher.
She is survived by: her children, Orville A. Gallagher II of Rockford, Leonard Gallagher (Diana) of Sarona, WI, Barbara Kittle (Douglas) of Kokomo, IN and Frank Gallagher (Julia) of Rockford; her pet Buster; and her brother Stanley N. Alf. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren (& spouses); 21 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.
