It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Marie Nibbio of Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on April 14, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Nibbio and Josephine Nibbio (DeCorte); her siblings, Sam Nibbio (Amelia), Eleanor Rotello (Frank J.), Martha Nibbio, Nick Nibbio and Vince Nibbio; her nephew Vito J. Rotello; and her niece Elizabeth Melfi.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Patricia Nibbio and Lucille Nibbio. She is also survived by numerous nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Frances' name to Poor Clare Colettine Nuns of Rockford, IL, 2111 S Main St, Rockford, IL 61102.
