He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Garner and Mary Garner (Champion). He is survived by: his wife Marcella Mae Puddicombe; his children, Debi Petersen of Rockton, IL, Crystal Douglas of Rockford, IL, Jim Garner (Heidi) of Rockford, IL, Keith Garner (Nicole) of Winnebago, IL and Barbara Needs of Mendota, IL; and his sons-in-law, Bob Douglas and Rich Petersen. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; 2 sisters; brother-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
