He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Robert Belter and Dorothy Belter (Ellis); his grandparents, Mae Olson (Otto) and Harold Ellis (Hazel); his parents-in-law, Harold and Estrid Fridell; and his grandsons, Timothy Lee Riley and Allen Lee Riley.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Carolyn Fridell; his daughters, Angela Riley (Tim) and Rebecca Mech (Rob); his grandson Daniel Riley; his brothers, Gene Belter and Greg Belter; Maggie. He is also survived by niece, several nephews.
Memorials may be made to the family to establish at a later date.
