He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Mann and William Mann; his significant other Jean; his parents-in-law, Margaret and Edward Veley; his brother Charles Mann; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Veley, John Veley, Michael Veley, Donna Veley, Carol Veley and Judy Veley.
He is survived by: his children, William Mann (Andrea), Jennifer Corriere (Robert) and Joseph Mann (Julie); his grandchildren, Cassie, Alex, Ari (Dustin), Mamina, Tikina (Muhammad), Kanha, Mac, Nick, Maggie and Noah (Zoe); his great grandchildren, Brayden, Jaxson, Liam, Elijah and Donnie; and his siblings-in-law, Dave Veley (Lynn), Joe Veley, Harriet Anderson, Mary Slivka (James) and Barbara Mann.
