He is survived by: his wife Edwina (Eddie Owen); his children, Gary Jr., Tommy (Brittany) and Amy (Greg); his stepchildren, Shannon, Jackie, Jenny, Shane and Justin; his siblings, Novella Thingvold, Linda Houston and Dennis Pinkston; his nephew Daniel Pinkston, Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Margie Pinkston and Glen Murry.
