He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Addy and Lula Addy (Nichols); and his brothers, Jerry and Glen Addy (Donna). He is survived by: his children, Brandy Lathrop (Jason), Rebecca Murphy and Jeremiah Addy (Angie); his grandchildren, Brandon, Cody, Addison, Kylie, Jordan, Caleb, Lily and Harvey; and his sister Donna Pittman (Dickie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
