She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Berkley and Gertrude Berkley (McGlaun); her son Edward Calvin Hancock III; her grandsons, Juamaul Pitt II and Te'lyl Beasley; her sisters, Denise Goodwin and Loretta Sockwell; and her nephew Mario Sockwell.
She is survived by: her husband Elbert R. Jordan; her daughters, Tasha Champion (Terryon), Aliza Jordan and Yvette Jordan; her grandchildren, Alexus Brown, Corey Brown, Victoria Brown, Angelo Perteete, Kristopher Champion and Madisun Champion; her great grandchild Nevaeh Brown; her brother Jeffrey Goodwin; and her nieces and nephews, William Sockwell (Edna), Curtis Sockwell, Margaret Goodwin, Tami Jennings, Shay Sockwell and Chasstidy Goodwin. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
