He was predeceased by: his parents, George Westbrook and Lucille Westbrook (Blair). He is survived by: his children, John (Justina), David (Giselle), Jeremy and Michelle Hillary (Troy); his grandchildren, Hannah, Chad, Annabelle, Makenna, Madison, Landon and Lucille; and his siblings, Mae, Ruth (Milton), George (Lisa) and Bonnie (Rick). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Mulford Chapel (1860 S Mulford Rd, Rockford, IL 61108). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
