He was predeceased by: his former wife Phyllis Hanson of Little Rock, AR.; his brother Vern Tolstedt, MD (Ardis Candy); and his daughter Margaret Ratcliff. He is survived by: his former wife Ardis J. Candy; his wife Katherine Hotchkiss; his son-in-law David Ratcliff; and his children, Betsy Tolstedt (Patrick Walsh), Mark (Michelle) and Ross (Cecilia). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and one great grandson.
