He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Wakenight and Lois Wakenight (Price); his brother Ron O'Dowd; his former wife Johnna Wakenight; and his son Joshua Wakenight.
He is survived by: his children, Crystal Wakenight, Amanda Vronch (William) and Jeremy Wakenight; his grandchildren, William Jr., Diamond, Cortney, Kathryn, Ashley, Dante, Zekahri, Alexandria, Seth and Luke; and his siblings, David Eugene Wakenight, Denise Lindeman, Tom O'Dowd (Amy), George Worley (Terina) and Lloyd Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
