With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hobart Elliott of Rockford, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 3, 2025 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Elliott and Maggie Elliott (Stocker); and his grandparents, Herbert Elliott and Emily A. Stocker. He is survived by: his former wife Margo Graen; his children, Hobart "Hobie" Elliott Jr., Amy Elliott (Mike DiPiazza), Marjorie Timms (Preston), Jacquelyn Wells, Marlow Herron and Carl Bittinger; his grandchildren, Lexi (Brian), Rayne (Cade), Brady, Mandy, Brad, Brandon, Nichole and Zachary; his great grandchild James; his brother Frank Jr.; and his grandsons, Vincent and Adam.
