He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Benjamin and Verla Eloise Philbrick; and his granddaughter Kelley Wade Keefe. He is survived by: his wife Jamalynn Wade of Rockford; his daughters, Jill Gemma Keefe (Kevin) of South Lebanon and Joy Lynn Weyrauch (Daniel) of Rockford, Illinois; his grandchildren, Meredith Lee Keefe of Chicago, Breton Jack Keefe (Anna) of Racine, Nicolaus Wade Weyrauch (Skye) of Los Vegas, Evan Daniel Weyrauch (Nicole) of Reno, Brigham Marcus Weyrauch (Alexsis) of Missoula, Montana and Rhys Christian Weyrauch of Rockford; his great grandchildren, Gemma Vae George-Keefe, Thomas Joseph, Drew Logan Keefe of Racine and Emma Weyrauch-Montero of Reno Nevada; his brother Gene Earl Philbrick of Salem, NH; and his sister-in-law Arvena Marie Guynn of St. Charles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family would like you to consider a memorial in Jack's name to The Byron Forest Preserve District, or The Rockford Park District Foundation/Korean War Memorial or St. Croix Hospice or a memorial of your choice.
