Jacob J. Carroll Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2025, at the age of 42, Jacob J. Carroll of Rockford, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Carroll and Marjorie Carroll (Mahan); and his uncle Steve Mahan. He is survived by: his son Reese Carroll; his brothers, Mark Carroll (Gwen) and Paul Carroll (Rachel); his nephews, Cameron Carroll, Caleb Carroll, Cody Carroll and Gavin Carroll; and his aunts, Rosie Olszewski (Terry) and Leslie Mahan.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory - Mulford (1860 S Mulford Rd, Rockford, IL 61108).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
