He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Binder and Elizabeth Binder; his wife Dorothy Lee Routson; and his brother William. He is survived by: his children, Jim Binder, Jr. (Kris (Hope)) and Jennifer; his grandson Ethan; his daughter Jeanne Okrasinski (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Noelle, Ruth, Anna and Eli.
