He is survived by: his wife Carol Ward; his sons, Gary McHugh (Anabelle), Harold McHugh (Joy) and Robert McHugh; and his siblings, Patricia Smith (Tom), Bill McHugh (Marilyn), Irwin McHugh (Pat) and John McHugh (Mark). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
