He is survived by: his children, Audrey Long and Kevin Perteete (Misuzu); his grandchildren, Gideon Wooden, Michal Simmons, Misavien and Mikyrie Perteete; his siblings, Jimmie Perteete (Millie), Clifford Perteete (Clara), Thomas Perteete (Dee), Mattie Perteete, Henrietta Dotson Williams (Michael) and Barbara Johnson (James); and his in-laws, Imogene Zachery, Erma Ford, Lynn Zachery (Joyce) and Zere Zachery. He is also survived by nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends.
