With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janette L. Bowker of Rockford, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 4, 2024 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janette L. Bowker to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur T. Norman and Janet Norman (Mann); her siblings, Rick Norman and JoAnn Allen (Vic); her nephew Corey Allen; and her sister-in-law Linda Bowker.

She is survived by : her husband Allen L. Bowker; her niece Lisa Pass (Dan); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mackenzie, Christopher Pass and Alexis Pass; and her brothers-in-law, Ron Bowker and Roger Bowker (Brucette).

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Fred C. Olson Chapel (1001 2nd Ave, Rockford, IL 61104). A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
