He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Peppers and Phyllis Peppers (Matthews); his fiancée Teresa Warren; and his siblings, Joseph Dale Peppers and Kathy Ann Peppers.
He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Hughes (Jason); his grandchildren, Rylie and Finley Hughes; and his siblings, Gregory Peppers (Julie), Michael Peppers, Jane Sarwar (Jason), Jan Martin (Jason), Judy Sahlstrom (Tom) and Tina Haygood (Dale). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
